Received the Honoree award at the CES 2018 Innovation Awards in Augmented and Virtual Reality product category
With its combination of a VR headset and a mobile app, NOON provides an end-to-end solution for immersive and super-real VR experience. NOON released its first product, NOON VR headset, in 2015 and planned to unveil a new premium line in 2017.
The new product, NOON PRO, delivered enhanced user experience with new designand features such as integrated headphones, anti-blue light lenses, and wider field of view. To incorporate this new line of product, a new branding strategy has to be developed with its own visual identity and promotion package for NOON PRO.
This project started from aiming at a strong brand identity of NOON PRO. According to the brand value, our design team set the goal to design distinguished and high-end visuals, including logo, visual identity, and editorials for the new brand.
I defined four core values that differentiate NOON PRO from the existing product of NOON. Accordingly, I extracted visual keywords, tech-savvy, sleek & chic, adventurous, and active & energetic.
